What is hypnotherapy and how does it work?
Hypnotherapy induces a natural trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. In this state clients usually feel calm and relaxed and are more open to rapid learning and life-enhancing suggestions that can help you gain control over undesired thoughts, experiences and behaviors, gain motivation towards a goal and more.
It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you cannot be made to do something against your will and you are always in control.
Can I be hypnotized?
Yes, because hypnosis is a natural occurrence for everyone. For example, when your mind drifts into a daydream, or the moments right before you fall asleep, those are moments of natural hypnosis and are similar to what you will experience during a guided session.
What is coaching?
As a coach I help you move from where you are to where you want to be. In a series of discussions I can help gain clarity on issues of the past or present and develop practical next steps to achieve the outcomes you desire. Coaching can better equip you to navigate through change with more confidence and ease.
